Tough question.
I’ve been to a little bit of the caribbean so I’d like to say mediteranean but with the violence so close over there, I would be concerned with becoming stuck or involved in the fighting.
However, you can expect threats of hurricanes if you go to the caribbean during hurricane season. Best season to travel there is January!
