WHAT IS THE BEST WAY FOR SOMEONE LIVING IN THE USA TO PLAN A TRIP TO AFRICA?

GO TO THE consulates/Tourist offices of the countries your friend will be visiting. Find out what kind of inoculations are required or recommended,
Also find out about visa requirements and if you can get them on the spot.Ask for literature about hotels and tourist sites. Have an up to date passport.Book hotels, perhaps through the tourist offices and make appropriate airplane or train reservations.Sometimes it’s cheaper and easier to go on a tour sponsored by at a travel agency.or other private organizations. If you are a professional you could visit some organizations or institutions, get proof and take some of it off your income taxes as a professional deduction. The other option is to have a good tourist agency specializing in travel to Africa, make you arrangements, That might be easier and you might get lower prices using them but they would charge for their services. Lastly look at the US State Department Website, which lists each country and provides Information useful to Americans traveling to these countries, Have a great trip.Ps.
