it is about 1750 miles to veracruz from where you are at. divide that by your mpg on your car and then multiply that by the price per gallon. passports are about 100 each and take 4-6 weeks std or 2 weeks and 50 more each for expedited. think about 200 a day for food and lodging at about one week to get there and one week back plus one week there and i would add 1000 for emergency stuff. depending on how far you go down you will nedd a entry permit at about 100 and then mexico car insurance about 150. hope this helps
