Because i wasn’t physically healthy to unstoppered my representative for the dentist to bushel the alteration finished this impact was not carried out. The shelter consort i am with conversant me they would counterbalance the costs of ALL impact required. After a hebdomad they wise i movement backwards to island (as travelling on would stingy they wouldn’t counterbalance me for some added alteration i strength do to myself) On travelling bag i visited my dentist still as my utter remained to be connected closed there wasn’t anything he could do to help. He wise in composition that i should intend communication as presently as i arrived in Sydney. I visited a dentist on numerous occasions since incoming in Sydney and he drafted up a dental inform stating quite understandably what impact i require, every of which is as a termination of my cycling accident. When i mentioned this to my shelter consort they kept locution because i cosmopolitan bag this ended the counterbalance on my policy. I hit been disagreeable to debate the saucer i exclusive cosmopolitan bag becuase that is what they told me to do – but that they had already united to counterbalance ALL costs (they were alive at the instance that i required comprehensive dental treatment) The dentist in Sydney has estimated this is feat to outlay in immoderateness of $35,000 to bushel (broken roots etc…). What are my entitlements here? Although i cosmopolitan bag – because of the nature of this housing am i entitled to intend the shelter consort to counterbalance my treatment?

I’ve never heard of a clause that says you can’t be covered because you returned home (although anything is possible and I’m not familiar with Australian insurance).

I would have the dentist submit a pre-estimate of the work needed and be sure to include info that it was due to an accident (details and paperwork.) If you receive a denial then I would ask them to provide a copy of the exact wording in the contract that they are using to deny the coverage. Also see if you can be provided with a copy of the contract/policy.

You might need to consult an insurance commissioner (if you have those) or whatever group oversees insurance. If you do so, be sure to have as much as possible in writing.
