If so, would they be selection to alter along whatever items for the grouping there? And could they also be trusty that they wouldn’t modify up blasted or on the black market?

There are many Africans living in New Jersey. Jersey City is loaded with Africans, many towns have African residents. There are African stores in Newark and Irvington, probably elsewhere.
I’d find someone — people are always travelling.
As to what you are trying to accomplish… My sense is you have charitable aims and want to supply something like medicine. It is really complicated. Maybe better to make a donation to a registered charity. Certainly easier.
