Personally I think that you can find a better air deal if you book flights yourself. make sure you arrive a day earlier – Also go directly to PRINCESS CRUISES and deal with them directly. I have found out this is the best way to get a good price – PRINCESS CRUISES as far as I am concerned is the best cruise line around. I have taken 6 cruises with them -

The cheapest I could find right now for an all inclusive vacation is:
Toronto to Cienfuegos.

In that case you’re not sure where Cienfuegos is, it’s in Cuba (a city on the southern coast).

You can stay in an all inclusive resort on Grand Bahama Island for less than $800 per persom for the week if you go on off season months

When exactly are you coming since it might be more or less depending on the month. How much days do you want to come for? How much people will there be in the room? Do you want to include the airfare in the cost?
